Customize Workplace for your organization

This article is only applicable to admins with relevant permissions.
Change your organization’s name on Workplace
  1. Click Admin Panel in the left menu on Workplace.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click to the right of Company name.
  4. Make your changes, then click Save.
Add your organization’s logo to Workplace
  1. Click Admin Panel in the left menu on Workplace.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Change to the right of Company logo.
  4. Upload your logo, then click Save.
Logo images must be 495 x 234 pixels or larger. .PNG and .JPG files are supported. Logos should also be in RGB mode – if they’re in CMYK mode, they may be different in color compared to the original file preview.
Add or change a Workplace point of contact
A Workplace point of contact is the admin you would like the Workplace team to contact directly about essential Workplace communications, such as details about new or upcoming features.
To add or change a Workplace point of contact:
  1. Click Admin Panel in the left menu on Workplace.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Change to the right of Workplace point of contact.
  4. Enter the name of your point of contact and select them from the list.
  5. Click Save.
